KARE Adult Local Services are located throughout Kildare, West Wicklow and East Offaly. We use a person centred approach in our service delivery, This involves facilitating individuals to develop a Person Centred Plan and supporting them to achieve their goals and ambitions for their future.

The Person Centred Plan would focus on areas such as: Education, Recreation & Leisure, Employment, Living Options etc. in order to promote personal and social development. This is based on the individuals needs and choices.

Each Local Service values - the Right to Choice, Dignity, Respect, Ordinary Places & Relationships and stays focused on the four key areas as outlined in our strategic plan.
