Supports for School Age Children

KARE is patron of St. Anne’s and St. Mark’s Special Schools.

St Anne's School is a school for children with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disabilities who are ages 5 to 18 years old. For further information click on this link St. Anne's School.

St. Mark's is a special school which provides an appropriate alternative education for students, aged 6 to 18, all having a mild general learning ( intellectual) disability. Students achieve national certification through FETAC Level 3 Certification. We also work with Scoil Na Naomh Uilig, a primary school in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, to support children with disabilities in the school. For more information on the school click on this link www.scoilnanaomhuilig.ie
