These include staff in the areas of Recreation and Leisure, Social Work, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Administrative Support based at The McMahon Centre, Kilcullen. FÁS Support Services/CommunityEmployment.
KARE operate two CE schemes in conjunction with FÁS where participants on the scheme play an active role in providing support to the service users in conjunction with the staff. They work throughout the child and adult services in both day and residential settings. They provide maintenance, driving and clerical services. FÁS employ two supervisors who manage the schemes.
KARE Job Coach /Community Facilitator Training Programme (Code– AT59A)
KARE in association with FÁS have developed a Job Coach/Community Facilitator Training Programme. This programme aims to equip participants with the necessary competencies to work as Job Coaches and/or Community Facilitators. The programme is developed to provide participants with recognised, transferrable qualifications. During this 48 Week programme, starting on July 19th 2010, participants will gain hands on experience in KARE Local Services and high quality training.

Volunteer Programme.
KARE employ a Volunteer Coordinator who actively recruits people throughout the catchment area who have some free time and wish to work on a voluntary basis. All volunteers receive a short but comprehensive training programme and they engage in a variety of activities throughout the organisation.
