Kare recognises that our team is the most valuable resource that we possess. We are committed to the training and development opportunities to all staff within the organisation. We strive to ensure that staff have the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to carry out the work of the organisation.

This is achieved through providing opportunities for both formal and informal training. Formal training focuses on opportunities that lead to QQI awards. Informal training includes induction, health and safety, mandatory training and continuing professional and personal development.
