Kilometres for Kare

Move 100K in May!

Kilometres for Kare is all about getting moving while raising vital funds to support people with intellectual disabilities.

We're asking you to commit to moving 100km during the month of May (that's 3.5km per day). Walk, run, cycle, roll – whatever works for you and your abilities.

With every kilometre you cover, you'll be helping us to enhance our services and create more opportunities for inclusion, access and support.
