Our 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements
We are delighted to share our 2025 Annual Report, detailing our progress, achievements and plans from the year.
The report is organised into three sections:
Who We Are: introduces the people and structures that guide Kare, including our Senior Management Team, Board of Directors and Voice for Kare.
What We Do: looks at the services and supports we provide across Kare, capturing the stories, achievements and experiences of the people we support.
How We Work: focuses on the systems, governance and operational structures that support our service and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality supports.
This report also marks an important milestone as it closes out our previous Strategic Plan and reflects on all that we achieved over that period. At the same time, it looks ahead to the future as we begin delivering on our new Strategic Plan 2026-2030.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year's report and to the people we support, their families, our staff, volunteers, Board members, partners and supporters for their ongoing commitment to Kare. We look forward to building on this work in the years ahead.
