We were delighted to officially launch our new strategic plan yesterday at an event kindly hosted by our neighbours at Newbridge Silverware.
It was a proud day for Kare, bringing together the people we support, family members, staff, Board members, partners and friends of Kare to mark this important moment for the organisation. Emer Higgins, Minister of State with special responsibility for Disability, joined us to officially launch the plan, along with a wide range of stakeholders from across our communities.
As well as the Minister, we heard from David Leigh, Voice for Kare Chairperson, Matthew Behan, Board Chairperson, and Margaret O'Neill, CEO, all reflecting on the journey to develop the plan and what it means for the years ahead.
