Voice for Kare members attend President Connolly's garden party

Members of the Voice for Kare (VFK) committee recently attended a summer garden party at Áras an Uachtaráin, hosted by President Connolly and her husband Brian McEnery.

The group enjoyed a tour of the State Rooms before joining guests on the main lawn for music and refreshments. They later gathered in a marquee where President Connolly addressed those in attendance and met guests at each table.

The visit provided an opportunity for VFK members to experience one of Ireland’s most recognisable public buildings and to take part in a special national event alongside community groups from across the country. They were delighted to represent Kare at the occasion.
