Voice for Kare visits Leinster House

Members of Voice for Kare visited the Houses of the Oireachtas this week, hosted by Kildare South TD Seán Ó Fearghaíl.

The group enjoyed a guided tour of Leinster House, including the chance to watch live votes and a Senate debate. During the visit, they also met with Minister Martin Heydon and Edward Timmins TD, both representatives from Kare's catchment area.

Voice for Kare Chairperson David Leigh presented Seán Ó Fearghaíl with a letter from the committee outlining some of the key issues faced by people with disabilities today.
